Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Invoices Engineer to join our team for roads and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer
Experience:
8–10 years of experience.
Proven experience in infrastructure contractor projects.
Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong background in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs.
Verify BOQ quantities.
Prepare monthly invoices.
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates.
Track executed quantities.
Prepare variation orders.
Monitor project costs.
Perform material reconciliation.
Coordinate with planning and finance teams.
Maintain quantity records.
Support the commercial department.
Prepare final accounts.

General Requirements:
Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, Municipalities, or similar government clients is an advantage.
Strong understanding of utility coordination and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
Immediate availability or a transferable Iqama is preferred.
