Currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded large-scale masterplan development project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project within in Saudi Arabia.

Your role

-Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
-Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
-Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
-Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
-Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
-Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About You

-Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering.
-SCE-approved (Saudi Council of Engineers)
-RICS certification
-5–10 years' QS experience.
-Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
-Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
