Description

A Real Estate Agent assists clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They provide guidance through the process of property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met and negotiating the best deals for their clients.

Experience: 3 years in the industry in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices.
- Prepare and present properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and agents.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and viewings.
- Provide advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Manage property listings on real estate websites and platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate is a plus.
- Real estate license.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Oversee property listings and advertising.
