Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate development opportunities from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze land development potential and assess investment opportunities
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams
• Prepare financial feasibility studies and present recommendations to management
• Negotiate with landowners, investors, and consultants
• Oversee all permitting and regulatory processes with government entities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution through to completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Real Estate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development
• Strong knowledge of local municipal and real estate regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Solid financial analysis and market evaluation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
