Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Visa Preference
Candidates with a flexi visa or transferable visa will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
-Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries
-Manage reservations and update booking systems
-Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
-Handle payments, invoices, and basic cash transactions
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
-Resolve guest concerns politely and efficiently
Requirements:
-Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service (preferred)
-Good communication skills
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Professional appearance and positive attitude
-Ability to handle pressure and multitask
-Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
