Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Handle printing, scanning, and document preparation as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English or Urdu
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiar with printing, scanning, and basic computer operations
• Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused
