Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for managing front desk activities, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain the reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
