Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Tea Maker is responsible for managing the front desk in a professional and courteous manner while also handling daily tea/refreshment services for staff and guests. This dual role requires excellent communication, hospitality, and time-management skills to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained office environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier documentation.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup.
• Perform basic administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Tea Maker Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and office guests.
• Ensure the pantry area and all kitchen items (cups, utensils, equipment) are cleaned and maintained daily.
• Monitor and restock pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, etc.).
• Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, when required.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the refreshment and pantry area.
Qualifications:
• Filipino male with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or office assistant/tea boy role.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage (MS Outlook, Word).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
