We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a Filipino national with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for technical and project-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical project roles
Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics with hiring managers
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database
Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes
Build strong pipelines for future project requirements

Requirements:

Filipino national
Prior recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry hiring needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Saudi labor market and visa processes is a plus

Project Coordinator
Must experienced in Project coordination, client communication, Documentation, process IDs and Temp / permanent access for Aramco / SABIC, and other projects.
