Description
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in line with company policies and manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to determine current and future staffing needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate selection and offer process.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding processes with relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.
