Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in foreign workforce recruitment through recruitment offices or manpower agencies within Saudi Arabia or the GCC. The ideal candidate must be fully familiar with sourcing, screening, coordinating, and finalizing overseas hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing Recruitment Cycle for overseas candidates from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinating with international recruitment agencies across Asia, and the GCC
• Preparing job descriptions, screening CVs, and conducting initial interviews
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa procedures, and recruitment regulations
• Following up on Musaned, embassy requirements, medical tests, and travel arrangements
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and weekly reports
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign recruitment offices or manpower agencies
• Strong knowledge of overseas hiring procedures (Saudi Arabia or GCC)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with Musaned, visa processing, and agency coordination
