We are looking for a creative and organized Resident Events Manager / Entertainment Animation Manager to design and manage community and entertainment activities within our residential compounds. The role focuses on building a welcoming environment where residents feel connected, valued, and engaged through well-planned programs, social gatherings, and interactive events that enhance daily life inside the compounds.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage a calendar of community events and entertainment activities that strengthen resident life and engagement within the compounds.

Develop and introduce new ideas and initiatives to keep events fun, engaging, and aligned with residents’ interests.

Organize live shows, themed nights, cultural programs, and sports or recreational activities to enhance the entertainment experience.

Oversee all event logistics including planning, coordination, setup, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborate with management to ensure each event supports the compound’s community goals and resident satisfaction.

Maintain open communication with residents to encourage participation and gather feedback for future improvements.

Manage event budgets, suppliers, and timelines efficiently to ensure smooth execution.

Track participation levels and event outcomes to evaluate success and recommend enhancements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event planning, entertainment management, or community engagement.

Previous experience working in residential compounds, resorts, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and management teams.

Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to design unique entertainment programs and resident activities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several events simultaneously.

Capable of working independently while maintaining close coordination with compound management.

Professional appearance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
