Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of Osmanlizadeler, ensuring high standards of Turkish hospitality, authentic culinary presentation, customer satisfaction, and efficient staff management. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for Turkish cuisine and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with company standards.
Ensure authentic Turkish dining experience by maintaining quality in food presentation, ambiance, and service.
Monitor reservations, guest flow, and table management to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Implement and monitor hygiene, health, and safety regulations in compliance with local laws.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Motivate and mentor team members to maintain excellent service standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
Customer Service & Guest Relations:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Uphold Turkish hospitality traditions, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor restaurant profitability.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management for food, beverages, and supplies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
Work with the finance team to track expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance.
Marketing & Business Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Turkish specialties, seasonal menus, and special events.
Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Turkish or Mediterranean restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine, culture, and hospitality traditions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations.
Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, reservations, inventory).
Fluency in English ( Arabic is a plus).
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a Turkish or fine dining establishment.
