Beyond Catering Boutique is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support staff performance, and ensure smooth coordination between the dining and kitchen teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff schedules.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely service.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate front-of-house staff.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant or caf? supervision (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service hours.
