Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage rope access cleaning operations across high-rise buildings and structures
Lead a team of IRATA certified technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards
Plan and execute facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection projects
Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings before and during operations
Maintain records of certifications, inspections, and daily operations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Implement process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency
Requirements:
IRATA Certification
4–5 years of experience in rope access cleaning manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with Bahrain safety regulations and international standards
Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
Excellent communication skills
Driving license preferred
