We're Hiring: Sales Account Manager (B2C)

Location: Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A growing System Integrator Company based in Olaya, Riyadh, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Account Manager (B2C) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage relationships with individual customers and SMB clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Promote and sell IT products, smart home solutions, networking, security systems, and technology services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT, technology, electronics, telecommunications, or system integration.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
