About the Opportunity

Jameel Printing is looking for a motivated, commercially driven and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, expanding corporate accounts and achieving assigned sales targets.
This is a customer-facing position that combines active selling, business development, account management and limited operational coordination.
The candidate will report directly to the Supervisor and work closely with the design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, telephone and corporate customer enquiries.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Actively develop new corporate and commercial customer accounts.
- Promote Jameel Printing's printing, branding, signage, promotional products and exhibition services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved pricing guidelines and follow up with customers.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Provide limited support to the Supervisor in daily operational coordination.

Requirements
- Arabic and English communication skills Necessary.
- Previous experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital business tools.
- Experience in printing, advertising, signage, promotional products or related industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Jeddah business market is an advantage.
