Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate sales activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain and update sales records, agreements, and documentation.
• Provide support in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and customer requests through calls and emails.
• Ensure timely reporting and updates to the management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
