Description
Supports the sales team by managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, coordinating logistics, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations, focusing on customer retention, growth, and ensuring smooth shipment execution for air, ocean, and land freight services. They handle inquiries, track shipments, resolve issues, and help identify new business opportunities, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Commerce
• At least 1 year as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in Logistics/ freight forwarder fields/
• Good command in English/ Hindi
• Basic Arabic Knowledge
• Capable in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills, target oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature.
