Description

A reputable Trading & Contracting Company involved in material supply, installation, testing & commissioning for major clients including Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, Royal Commission, and other industrial sectors is seeking an Sales Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Strong background in office administration and sales coordination.
• Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, delivery notes, and sales-related documents.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Good knowledge of email communication, MS Office, and filing systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with industrial sector documentation is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and assist in sales submissions.
• Handle day-to-day office correspondence and maintain organized filing.
• Prepare and follow up on POs, inquiries, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams.
• Communicate with clients, track inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
• Provide administrative support to management and maintain office records.
