Description
A leading luxury magazine in Bahrain is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive – Media & Marketing to join our growing team. The role focuses on promoting advertising and marketing solutions across print, digital platforms, social media, and branded events.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering creative advertising and marketing solutions to brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell advertising space and integrated marketing packages across print, digital, social media, and events.
- Identify and approach potential clients, build relationships, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize long-term partnerships.
- Understand client marketing objectives and propose effective media solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, editorial, and digital) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, media, advertising, marketing, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing is an advantage.
- Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
