Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our corporate training business. You will find and win new clients, manage relationships with existing accounts, and work with our training delivery team to offer solutions that meet client learning and development needs. The ideal candidate understands B2B selling, is comfortable engaging HR and L&D decision-makers, and can manage a pipeline from first contact to signed contract.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and qualify new opportunities across private sector, semi-government, and government organizations.
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand training needs and propose suitable programs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Account Management
Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and procurement stakeholders.
Manage key accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Make sure clients are satisfied from enrollment through training completion.
Proposals & Tenders
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Support RFP and tender submissions for major clients, working with the course design and operations teams.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
Sales Operations
Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
Provide regular pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to shape the training portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, education, consulting, or professional services.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Existing network with HR and L&D professionals in KSA is a strong advantage.
Experience with tender and RFP processes for large Saudi organizations is preferred.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid Saudi driving license.
