Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s logistics solutions to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in need of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain CRM system with up-to-date sales activities and pipeline data.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.

Strong knowledge of logistics operations including air, sea, and land freight.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
