Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell HR-related services to individuals and businesses in Bahrain
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Attend meetings, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Represent the company professionally in the local market

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (any industry) is preferred
• Knowledge of the Bahrain market and expat community is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Valid Bahrain residency or work permit
