About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with experience in refractory products, high‑temperature solutions, or industrial consumables.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth in heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance for refractory industries
• Identify new business opportunities in steel plants, cement factories, foundries, petrochemical plants, and related sectors
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for product trials and after‑sales support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, engineers, and plant managers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Business (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in refractory sales or industrial B2B sales
• Strong understanding of refractory materials, monolithic, bricks, constables, or thermal solutions, kiln works etc
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently
