Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for precast safety barrier products

Identify and build relationships with contractors, government bodies, and consultants

Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Achieve sales targets and report on performance

Coordinate with production and logistics for timely project delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction/precast industry)

Strong network in infrastructure, construction, or government sectors

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
