Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Dammam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves strategizing sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Team Management and Leadership skills.
Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the industrial services sector is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
8-10 years experience in hydraulic hoses and fitting and Industrial hoses products
5-7 years experience in hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump & motor services
