Description
We are a growing Trading Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized and results-driven BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES MANAGER with a strong background in Industrial Trading to join us.
The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of proven experience in trading and supply of industrial materials and equipment to sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, and Energy and should:
* Be an Indian,
* Possess a robust portfolio of existing clients and
* Demonstrate a strong ability to develop new business opportunities maintaining high standard
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
* Utilize the existing client base to generate new and repeat business.
* Identify and onboard new clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
* Lead the full sales cycle including client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations and after-sales support.
* Ensure smooth coordination with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Maintain a detailed and up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
* Ensure all sales and client activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
* Indian national
* Valid iqama
* Minimum 10–12 years of experience in a trading company supplying materials and equipment to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining or Energy sectors in Saudi Arabia
* Strong existing client network and proven ability to generate business from key accounts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident, well-organized, and goal-oriented personality
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits
