We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Sales Manager based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with strong technical and commercial experience in waterproofing systems and the ability to generate new projects and clients.

Required Experience

The candidate must have practical experience in:

*Waterproofing systems
*Floor coating
*Steel structure repair and maintenance
*Concrete repair
*Project evaluation and cost estimation
*Material purchasing and procurement follow-up
*Project execution according to project specifications and requirements
*Business development and bringing new projects and clients

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

*Identifying and bringing new projects and clients.
*Visiting and evaluating projects.
*Preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates.
*Selecting and purchasing the required materials.
*Following up on material supply and procurement.
*Supervising and ensuring proper project execution.
*Ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and client requirements.
*Developing long-term relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
