We are looking to hire Sales Managers for our upcoming operations in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. The selected candidates will be responsible for project sales of LED lighting across the Kingdom.

Job Description (Summary):

-Develop and expand the company’s lighting business across KSA through channel partners , consultants, contractors, and government departments.
-Achieve annual sales and collection targets as per the company’s business plan.
-Establish and manage relationships with MEP consultants, architects, lighting designers, and government entities.
-Ensure product specification with leading consultants and participation in tender/project pipelines.
-Coordinate with the factory and technical teams for project quotations, submittals, and approvals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
-Prepare regular MIS reports and maintain accurate CRM updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Electrical or Electronics).
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in lighting or electrical project sales in Saudi Arabia.
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and government sectors.
Valid Saudi driving license required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
