Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online inquiries.
Conduct professional face-to-face and virtual consultations.
Assess clients' needs and recommend the most suitable immigration, work permit, residency, and study pathways.
Clearly explain our services, programs, requirements, and application process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and consistent follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their application journey.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
