Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Present and promote our training programs to individuals, teams, and organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
