About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business
opportunities within the Saudi market. You'll be responsible for finding potential clients,
effectively communicating our value proposition, and building strong relationships with
companies seeking labor class workers such as cleaners and construction workers. You will
need a deep understanding of the manpower supply business, including lead generation, client
management, and the overall operational mechanics of the industry.
This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential clients across various
industries in Saudi Arabia that require labor class workers.
• Lead Generation & Management: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation
and nurture promising leads through the sales pipeline.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate the company's services, benefits, and
pricing to prospective clients.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
to achieve company targets.
• Market Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of the manpower market,
competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market
feedback to the CEO.
• Presentation Skills: Confidently present company services and solutions to potential
clients.
• 30-60-90 Day Plan: Develop and execute a clear plan for the first 30, 60, and 90 days in
the role, outlining key objectives and actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the manpower business, with a strong
understanding of its operations.
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• English language proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to find and manage leads effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Competitive
• Allowances: 2,000 SAR per month (covering food, transport, and other related
expenses)
