We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling crushed stones and related aggregates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials sales and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or mining aggregates.
• Strong knowledge of crushed stones, aggregates, and construction industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Existing network of contacts in the construction or building materials industry.

Compensation:
• Base salary plus commission structure based on sales performance.
• Allowances for travel, communication, and performance bonuses.
