Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective sales & marketing.
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and build relationships with B2B clients in the AC & HVAC industry. You will actively seek out potential customers, such as contractors, businesses, and retailers, who require AC parts like compressors, condensers, thermostats, filters, and more.
This role involves visiting clients in person, understanding their specific needs, and presenting tailored solutions from our product range. You will prospect for new leads through cold calling, market connections, and on-ground visits. Additionally, you will negotiate deal terms and pricing to close sales effectively.
Your goal is to establish trust and build a long-term client base while meeting or exceeding your sales targets. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
What You'll Do:
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding your sales target.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, and connections in the market.
Field Sales: Negotiate deals and pricing during client visits.
Team Collaboration: Work closely to achieve overall sales objectives.
What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Languages: fluency in English and Arabic is must.
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a car is must.
Residency: Valid residence permit.
Skills: Good communication and a willingness to learn.
