RESORSAN, a specialized HR services company, is now hiring a Part-Time Sales Representative (Commission Only) to expand our client base among small businesses across the Eastern Province only.

This role is fully remote, flexible, and commission-based — ideal for candidates seeking additional income without fixed working hours or office attendance.

Main Task:
Bring monthly HR service contracts from small businesses with 12 employees or fewer.
You bring the client — our HR operations team delivers the service.

Responsibilities

Identify small businesses across the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Hofuf, Qatif, Saihat, Jubail, Khafji, and more)

Introduce RESORSAN’s full HR management service

Secure signed monthly service contracts

Forward client details to our HR operations team

No HR background required — strong communication skills are enough.
