Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the cargo and logistics industry to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our cargo and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in cargo and logistics services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote company services including freight, transportation, and warehousing
Prepare and present quotations and service proposals
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local market and customers
Valid driving license (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
