A leading FMCG company specializing in non-food essentials that enhance everyday living. With a strong distribution network and a commitment to quality, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our frontline sales team.
Your Role:
As Sales Supervisor, you’ll drive sales performance, coach and motivate your team, and ensure flawless execution of our retail and wholesale strategies. You’ll be the bridge between field operations and management, ensuring targets are met and market opportunities are seized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across assigned territories
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
• Ensure proper merchandising, visibility, and stock availability
• Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
• Report on sales performance and field insights to senior management
Experience :
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in non-food categories
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
