Experience Required: 3 – 4 years (preferably in retail, FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products or services to existing and new customers.

Maintain and grow relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.

Identify potential clients and generate leads.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions effectively.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or sales software is a plus.

Fluent in English; knowledge of [Hindi/ Arabic and other relevant languages] is preferred.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
