Are you passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow in a professional salon environment? Argan Day Spa is looking for a motivated and friendly Salon Assistant/Helper to support our talented hairstylists and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Greet clients warmly and assist with seating and refreshments
•Prepare clients for hair services (e.g., shampooing, cape placement)
•Shampoo, condition, and towel-dry clients’ hair under stylist supervision
•Assist with blow-drying, basic hair coloring, and hair treatments
•Hand tools and products to stylists during services
•Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas
•Refill supplies, stock retail shelves, and support inventory management
•Sweep and sanitize stations between clients
•Handle laundry duties (towels, capes, etc.)
•Assist with salon opening and closing tasks

Requirements:

•Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
•Willingness to learn and take direction
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Basic understanding of salon hygiene and safety practices
•Experience with shampooing, blow-drying, or coloring is a plus
•Previous salon or customer service experience preferred
