Description

We are seeking a professional Secretary. to join our team. The role involves providing administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
- Organize and maintain records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Provide logistical support to the management team.
- (Other tasks as assigned within the scope of work).

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of English language.
