Description

The Secretary will provide top-level executive and personal administrative support to the Owner, Managing Director. This role involves managing schedules, handling confidential communications, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

She will fully handle the property management.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and routine maintenance.

Support marketing and leasing efforts by coordinating with the leasing agents.

Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly
