Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
•Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
•Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
•Arrange travel bookings and meetings.
•Maintain filing systems and company records
•Coordinate with departments and external partners
•Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Ability to multitask and prioritize work
•Professional appearance and attitude
•Good command of English
Preference:
Female and Filipino candidates preferred
