Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, alert, and responsible Security Guard to join our team in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and secure the assigned premises, entrances, and surrounding areas.
Control and monitor access of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.
Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.
Verify identification and ensure only authorized persons enter restricted areas.
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems where applicable.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security alarms.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily security activities.
Report accidents, incidents, damages, or unusual activities to the supervisor.
Follow company security procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assist employees and visitors when required while maintaining professional conduct.
Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Age: Up to 27 years old.
Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
Physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts.
Good observation and communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to remain alert and calm in challenging situations.
Willing to work 7 days per week according to the assigned schedule.
Ability to follow instructions and company security procedures.
