Education & Certification:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Development)
Security Guard Training Certification
Experience:
Min 1 - 2 years of Experience in Manufacturing/Fabrication
Skills and Traits:
Good communication and observation skills.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Basic report writing and documentation skills.
Customer service skills, especially in public-facing roles.
Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
