We are hiring a Senior Accountant and Finance for local transfer.

Requirements:

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Industrial Construction & Contracting Sector

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in use of ERP based Accounting and Finance Tools
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Management of Accounting and Financial Records, preparing financial reports, and
ensuring compliance with SOCPA and IFRS Accounting Standards and Company
Policies. The position requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial
statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow, along with
experience in project-based accounting within the industrial construction sector.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Account Reconciliations.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance of construction projects.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per contract terms.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Coordinate with project teams for cost tracking and reporting.
Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
