Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
4. Monitor and analyze accounting data, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
5. Liaise with external auditors and ensure audit compliance.
6. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR and labor laws in Bahrain.
7. Maintain employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
8. Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to HR functions.
3. Familiarity with Bahrain's labor laws and financial regulations.
4. Residing in Bahrain
