Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Finance Coordinator to manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires using Zoho ERP, safeguarding contracts, and coordinating with LMRA/SIO for employee visas and permits.
Key Duties:
-Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and settlements
-Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow
-Prepare invoices, reconcile reports, and follow up on collections
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (P&L, bank reconciliations)
-Ensure VAT and statutory compliance
-Record transactions and generate reports using Zoho ERP
-Safeguard company assets and contracts
-Coordinate with government portals for employee registrations
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
-5+ years experience
-Zoho ERP proficiency is a plus
Work Details:
6 days/week, 8 hours/day
Salary: BHD 250–350 (based on experience)
