Description
WE NEED A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
SALARY: 4000 - 6000 SR (UPON EXPERIENCE AND THE PERFORMANCE INTHE INTERVIEW)
MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads.
Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor daily banking activities.
Lead all cost accounting activities: calculate standard costs, analyze production costs, and monitor overhead absorption.
Perform job costing and project accounting for custom cabin orders, tracking profitability by project.
Analyze and report on gross margins, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Reconcile raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory accounts.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the general ledger.
Ensure full compliance with all Saudi Arabian statutory requirements, including VAT, Zakat, Income Tax, and WPS (Wage Protection System).
Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and banks as required.
Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
