Job Description:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
Supervise and support baristas during daily café operations.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and service.
Train junior baristas on coffee preparation, equipment use, and customer service standards.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of coffee machines and equipment.
Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Barista, including experience in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage-making techniques.
Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Location: Saudi Arabia
